Your vision will become clear only when
you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams.
Who looks inside,awakens.

Having difficulties with your relationships? Having trouble finding
meaning in life?
I believe these two concepts are connected. I believe that everyone has the capacity, inside of them, to find both meaning and fulfilling relationships.
My practice focus is on building healing as well as developing strong personal relationships. I believe successful relationships are the key for psychological, physical, and spiritual health. I provide insight therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, abuse, and low self-esteem. Insight into these problematic concerns can help heal the pain that is interfering with a person's life. I view therapy as an adventure into the world within. It's vital to understand the inner forces that fuel our feelings. A respectful understanding of these dynamics will create a fresh perspective and promote a mastery of our lives, to know one's own person, preference, and boundaries .
I provide a safe, supportive environment in which you can explore areas of your life where you feel less than satisfied. I use a combination of Mindfulness and Psychodynamic therapies to help you have a more balanced fulfilling life. I believe that healing occurs in the present moment. I also help you develop a kind and caring experience of yourself and life circumstances .
Life could be thought of as a journey with many challenges, twists, turns, and peak experiences. Therapy is a personal investment we make in ourself. It can be a part of our life journey where we get to know ourself, understand ourself and others, and find the true meaning and purpose of ourlife. It can afford a person an opportunity to outgrow insecurities, discover his or her strengths, and become the best person you can possibly be. Therapy is for everyone a place to learn and grow. The myths of therapy that need to be dispelled are that therapy is for “sick” or “crazy” people or that it is a sign of weakness to need or want to go.
We are each born unique and special with a contribution to make. We do not come with an instruction manual on how to draw out our own humanity, enjoy the journey, and make the world a better place to live. We are born with an ideal mind in a world that is far from ideal. Although life is not fair and it should be, we have an opportunity and I believe a responsibility to do our part to learn how to take care of ourself and create a balanced quality life. If each of us does this, I believe we would see a better world. This is the philosophy by which I work with individuals, couples, families & groups. I help clients remove roadblocks to their personal growth. I work by finding out what clients want to have in life that is missing and then look to understand what is between them and their dream and then help them remove that stumbling block. I believe in human nature and individual power within each person to have what he or she wants.
